0nly 0.1 kg reduction, but scales reporting that my % fat has reduced and muscle increased. Not sure, however, how accurate the scales are. I'm starting to think that I shouldn't be concentrating on weight, but concentrating on % fat instead. Does anyone else ignore weight and simply concentrate on fat percentage?
