Birthday celebrations on the weekend, and it looks it's going to take me a while, as mom's birthday is coming next week too. Let's see how I can control it this time, and lose what I gained.

I had a piece of cake to celebrate a friends Bday on Sunday, and I am pretty sure that popped me back to 119kg, in the blink of an eye.

You're not alone... Canada day weekend and some beers with friends pushed me 3 weeks back and 3lbs heavier... Perseverance.......

Thanks for the congratulations! And yeah I enjoyed the cake and pastries, now back to keto and I'll try to stick to it as much a I can, even if some meals or desserts could be outside the plan in the following days
