Summer is getting away from me! I have been so busy. Between gardening, beekeeping and working its hard to remember to breathe sometimes.
I've kind of gotten away from tracking my intake but need to get back to that soon. I'd like to go back on Induction too. Weight is still coming off but very slowly. My own fault. No one else's but I am very pleased to NOT be gaining.
Here's to all of you that have stuck to it all summer! I applaud you!

Thank you! I am so busy in the summer and I've done well staying off of the bread and potatoes. I think that was my biggest nemesis.

Hey girlfriend - Big congrats on not going back to the higher carb items! That's a definite plus!!! But tracking daily will really help you. It helps in the planning, choices, decisions, exercising control, and evaluating what is working in YOUR body. Great that you aren't gaining, but is that your ultimate goal? If not, MAKE the time to get back here just to enter and track during the day... then jump on when you can to get into journals, etc... It will be worth its weight in GOLD! Much Love.
