I am definitely shocked (but pleased) to see 159.0 lbs on my scale today. I have been eating over my RDI for a couple of days and I think my body needed the extra calories. I am trying to weigh-in on FS every week so I do not stress out about my weight so much.

Congratulations! Once a week is the best way to go. It's best to do it after you wake up too so it's all you (no food or water). It's good to have the extra calories now and then. Keeps your energy up and the body guessing.
