Weight seems to be stabilising which is what I am now aiming for, just small fluctuations throughout the week but essentially staying at 59kg.
Have not made any food recording for the last few days as I now want to try to maintain my diet and sugar levels without consciously watching everything. I need to be confident in my knowledge carrying me through. We shall see. I can always resume the calorie and carb counting if necessary.
