thanks to everyone who supports me! its great to know im not the only one with these goals! :) today i felt sooo great after exercising.. i even did more than the book said i was actually having fun :) and im 143.0 on the dot now :) so thanks everyone i love feeling accomplished and determined to take more weight off of me!

WOW...your doing awesome!!! Keep up the great work. I am about the same weight as you and would love to see the scale at 143. You are inspiring me to get back on track! Great job!!!
