Oh yeah! I'm now under 200. Very happy with that. I did not go to the pool this week, but I went for a very long walk (only once though). Other than that, I feel like I got the not eating too much down pretty well.
Also, I'm setting up to be able to bike to work, so that should take care of the exercise part for a while.
