Right after giving myself last week off after my holiday- now back to normal or whatever that is, at least I've lost a whole pound since I came back from holiday! I need to start walking but with the weather as wet as it has been some days that's impossible, at the moment it's a lovely sunny morning. I have work to do and then sowing tomato seeds later in the day if it's raining, otherwise it's off to the allotment for some gardening while it's dry.
