Socrgrl's Logboek, 25 aug 07

Wow, Phase 2 is not helping me. I added in some fruit and whole grain pasta and breads, and I gained, so back to Phase 1 for a little while longer. I did, however, find Frozen Chocolate Cool Whip as a very yummy and low carb dessert. Only 3g of Carbs ya'll!!!
64,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 7,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I experienced something similar the "first time" I went from Phase I to Phase II. I added carbs more slowly, and fewer total, the next time I transitioned, and it was more successful.

I am also having the same problem with the transition. I guess we have to take it as an experiment to see what works for us the best. Let's beat those pounds!!!

Hi there...I like the chocolate Cool Whip thing! I'm definately going to check that out. I've added a low carb pita for lunch this week and I'll see how this goes...keep ya posted!

Hey I found these really good low carb wraps made by La Tortila Factory they are whoole wheat they have 3 carbs
