Losin25's Logboek, 18 aug 11

Lost a pound this week! Yeah! But I'm a little sad it wasn't two pounds. I had a goal pencilled in on my calendar to make my goal weight today. Oh well, I definitely will make it next week. I KNOW IT!!!

What went well this week:
Exercise, Exercise, Exercise! I really exercised a lot this last week. I did over 700 minutes (which comes out to 11 hours). This week my goal is to make it to 800 minutes.

What I struggled with this week:
OK, so maybe it wasn't the best idea to drop my calories to 1500 while increasing my exercising. I really struggled with the hungries and gave into them. Not good. This week, I'm setting my RDI back to 1700 cals/day.

I just REALLY want to get this last pound off...why does it seem to drag when we are SO close to a goal???
