my weight is down, but I think alot of that is because yesterday I had the stomach flu, had it coming out both ends, could only keep sips of water and a piece of dry toast down. But feeling better today so lets see if I can keep it off, also I go to my reg Dr. july 8th, and going to ask her about this diet my heart Dr, put me on and see what she has to say, since she is the one that see's me all the time. I was barely eating maybe one meal aday, I think he just wanted me to break everything down into smaller groups, I really don't know he didn't explain it to me just said he wanted me to do this to lose weight.
