Could you be gaining muscle weight? I went to calorie king and they have a great way to figure out how many calories you should be eating to lose weight in a healthy way. Mine says 11 - 1300 calories and I keep it as close to 11 as possible. One week I went down to 1014 on average for the week and didn't lose anymore extra weight because my body went into survival mode. Check out caloried king (you can google it).
