To keep myself accountable for my food decisions, I'm going to try to update my journal daily with my progress.
I managed to get off my sorry behind yesterday, which was a good start, putting in 20 minutes on the treadmill at home and 10 moniutes on the ellptical at work. I need to try to spend more time exercising, but will try to increase gradually.
Stuck to my diet pretty well; still felling my way as far as diet goes, but trying to increase fiber, eat healthy proteins and vegetables, and replace bad fats with good fats, and eat more whole grains. Using the glycemic index as a quide to help decide which fruits and vegetables I should eat.
