Nothing extraordinary this week. I'm down in pounds and that's good. My hope is to be off this program within a two or three months and back on solid food and maintaining. My goal now is two-fold: one, I'd like to begin yoga (probably in the next two weeks as the holiday will impact me time-wise)and second, I'd like to chart out a menu for a month that is health, delicious, flavorful, and within the calorie range to help me maintain my weight. This menu should include snacks so that this is a structured program of health.
