No change in weight this week. I had a nasty fall on the 8th and twisted my ankle, so I have been giving the exercise routine a miss for a while. For most of that week I couldn't walk at all. Add to that moving to my new house on the 10th and wet weather much of last week, and I have hand the perfect storm of excuses. This week back on track with several long walks fitted in between work schedules. I want to break the 100kg mark by mid November. That will mark the bounder for my BMI going from obese to simply overweight.
