Well I am starting over. Today I weighed in at 244 pounds. I am hoping that I will be able to really stick to losing this weight this time. The last time I went in to get a check up my blood sugar levels were so high the doctor had me do a glucose check. She was afraid that I might be Diebetic. Scarry thing. The test came out High but not a Diebetic today. Time to really start looking at making some serious changes. I am now on Visalus. A shake for Breakfast and lunch healthy snacks in between, and a good healthy supper. My biggest challenge is the exercise. Making myself do it.
