I made it through the festive season! I did not cheat :) My portion sizes was a bit bigger than required but my weight stayed the same. Whoohoo! So today back to being strict and on track.
104,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 44,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
