One of the joys of this week was discovering how wonderful it feels to get to the other side of a problem without additional calories! Absolutely amazing!
I still need to be gentle with myself as this weight loss still feels like a whole new world.
Best news this week was entering a new "decade!" I'm now passing through the 230's and on my way to the 220's. Can't wait to leave the 200's behind and enter into the realm of the 100's again!
I'm off to play Santa Claus for elementary school children. This year I'll need the padding rather than relying on my natural fat! Ho, ho, ho!
