I seriously thought the scale would have shown a bigger loss. Been sitting here thinking about what could be effecting the scale. I came up with the following: On my monthly, ate 2 eggs with 2 slices of sourdough bread, and hash brown casserole at Cracker Barrel for dinner last night. I only had my Shakeology shake (mix with 5 chunks of frozen pineapples, and 1 C of orange juice) yesterday for lunch and a small snack of Chicken Tortilla Soup around 4:30. I've been getting plenty of sleep . I haven't started the working out yet. I wanted to add that in the future. Trying to take baby steps that will be a lifestyle change so I don't throw in the towel. Any other ideas?
