Majorellen's Logboek, 16 feb 16

Don't be fooled by the sudden drop in weight. This should be my "normal" weight now. The gain was due to the lovely drink and dessert on Valentine's day. I knew it would go away once I went back to my usual diet.

Isn't it funny that we know ourselves so well that we can predict our ups and downs depending on how our day went? I guess that's a good thing; to be able to recognize an "indiscretion" in our usual routine.

Anyway, this should be my good starting point, so 13 pounds in 5 months - shouldn't be too hard, right? lol
73,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 5,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
