Droppit's Logboek, 04 mrt 16

Well, I'm back. Most of my symptoms are now down to manageable level aside from the cough, I can swallow soft foods, so I'm not restricted to liquids any more, and it's about time I started paying attention to the rest of my life again.

I really shouldn't be surprised to see a loss on the scale, but I am, given the number of hard candies I've been sucking on all week. I may have to have more of them (the phlegm I'm coughing up is speckled in blood, and nothing soothes a throat and promotes healing like real honey, so no comments about sugar-free, thanks). But I'll try and stay healthy in the rest of what goes in my mouth.

How has everyone else been while I was gone?
85,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 16,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 17,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Glad you are feeling better but, get to 100% soon. I am not good at giving advise because I am having a hard time recently with my program.
