I have restarted my diet so many times but I'm giving it another shot. I joined TOPS on Oct 25th and lost 6 pds the first week!! I had a rough couple of days and my stomach is feeling the effects of it today. Ugh. I need to get back on track with my exercising...I need motivation but I don't know how to find my motivation. Is it something you just have???? I need to figure this out!
