Smooth's Logboek, 24 jan 10

I did this weigh in on Friday, but was occupied with taking my board of directors on a working weekend.

All that aside, I continue to press towards the goal of being liberated from my big, fat life! I'm no longer what BMI considers obese(Thank God!) and I splurged and purchased a Body Bug (Which I'm enjoying).

I expect to transition to real food (and then spend about two years in maintenance) about mid-March. By then I should have powered through to my goal weight. Hurray!
