I knew I was going to log a gain but I suppose it is part of life. I must say that I have been on very strong antibiotics, cortisone etc, however I have also not been eating correctly so I cannot blame the meds :) I hope everyone has a great weekend

77,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 36,4 kg. Nog te gaan: 4,6 kg. Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Gewichtstoename van 0,9 kg per week

Hope you are feeling much better, am down with the flu yet again and my healthy eating always flies out the window(not sure if its the meds/lack of willpower)... You have lost almost 40kg...I am sure in no time you will drop the 900g you gained. Hope you been having a great weekend:-)
