Okay, been a couple of weeks and very disappointed in weight loss. 100% stuck to and cut out glass of wine in the evening. Last week was consuming around 1,000 daily. At least on a positive note the meals I am eating are enjoyable and I don't feel I am depriving myself so - onwards we go! :o)
