Really happy with weight loss. 1lb to go to that first stone! :o)
Not keeping a note of exercise now and this week gone haven'tbeen very good at writing down foods. However, tend to be a 'same meal' type person, same breakfast every day, same lunch every day and then a varied dinner. I have alternated my weeks with 1 week of icecream cone after dinner, the next week a glass of wine with dinner. The wine seems to be winning hands down though! lol
Have been reading up on fasting options as something to do when I reach goal weight and I must admit it seems doable. Still, something to think about at a later date.
