After about two weeks of falling off the wagon, I am back. The last week has been especially hard because of stomach issues. That's the thing about starting and restarting Keto that's so hard, but I'm not discouraged. Aside from the stomach aches, life has been good.

I too fell off the wagon hard and today made a conscious effort to purify my body before I start back in the keto lifestyle with IF as I need to lose weight too = I am water fasting for up to 30 days but a minimum of 5 days as only after the first 3 days which are tough you do not crave food - I have Cysts and I want my body to self cannabilise to eat them all up - Wish you well with your issues
