Weight loss is slowing down as I get closer to the goal. Eating lots of fruit during the day is working very well for me. Other than my sunday failure, I ate healthy. I feel like I have a lot more energy and no more tummy problems yay.
I made a huge purchase. I ordered a Bellicon Rebounder which, hopefully, will arrive next week. It looks like a fun , low impact activity.
Spent this morning making a huge batch of meatless meatballs to freeze. One of our favorite meals atm.
