I feel i've let myself down I'm up 1 1/2 lbs in the last 2 weeks 😂 I know why and i've only myself to blame.... I've done reasonably well about half the time but not well enough the rest !! reading the posts on here motivates me 😊 I need s good kick up the 😱 I may be a little down but I'm not out yet ok ...... that's my own little chat (to myself) onwards and hopefully downwards... oh..... and we have just taken delivery of a beast of a cross trainer so. if i haven't killed myself by the end of today, I'll let you know how I got on... take care everyone 😎 x

Well, this week is going ok but it is only Tuesday, keeping my eye on what's going in my body much closer..
We now have a beast of a cross trainer in the spare room and although I can walk for miles on the flat, my knees soon tell me off after a mile and a half 😱 on the trainer....

Well done for getting stuck into the exercising and for monitoring your intake....the daily logs for both on here are fab for this I think. Set your mind to getting through one day at a time, keeping to everything you've planned to eat and do (no little extras food-wise unless you add them in your plan immediately so as not to 'forget' what you'd eaten/drunk) You'll be recording a great loss in no time :) X
