This was a weekend of eating junk and it damn well shows. I just cannot get back into the discipline and eating right much less exercising the way I used to! Was gyming 4/5 times a week........now can barely get up to do a 2km run.
Readings are always off after I've exercised, so might be that after warrior this weekend. But looking at how I struggled with the 5km, to how I eased the 10km in July, it's def not off by much!
