Wow, I am down 15.5 pounds. That's an average of 3 pounds a week, I think I can live with that. I am finding that this is not as difficult as I thought it might be. Now I just need to some how incorporate some exercise into the weekends and maybe I could drop a few more pounds just a bit faster. And when and if it ever it warms up enough, maybe Michele and I could start walking to work. That is a new goal to consider.
