Only a few days until Christmas and I feel the depression trying to get the best of me. Focusing on the true meaning and the hope that I have, I have been blessed beyond what I could ever deserve and I need to be thankful.
I am pleased the weight is continuing to go down. I'd like to find a warm water pool to swim in but we are in such a rural area that I'd have to drive forever to get there. Weighing out the cost and benefits. Does anyone else do warm water aerobics?
