It just hit me. I have just one
beautiful soft and lovely, or is it fat and disgusting, pound to lose. I WILL REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT. This is blowing my mind. This little butter ball of one last pound and the way I am responding to it shows I have for certain learned to love who I am . In this long and steady process I have learned to be tolerant, helpful, kind, loving and BE THE CHANGE I WANT TO SEE!
