Weight stayed the same as last weigh in.
It looks like all of my buddies are doing wonderfully well, Congratulations on your successes so far.

My breakfast was Greek Yogurt, mixed berries, flax meal, with some sugar free maple syrup.
87,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 11,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 19,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
