Sherillynn's Logboek, 04 feb 17

Last night I made lamb kefta and served it with green beans. Talk about a flavor explosion! Boy, was it DELISH! I stayed within my calories, it was low carb and it was easy to make. Triple win.

Then to put the icing on the proverbial cake, I am down another pound this morning.

What is your favorite go to recipe that you can have on your diet? Care to share the link?

I love pork chops cooked in butter with lemon pepper seasoning and salad (big salad with all the veggies - carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, radishes, celery, bell pepper, cucumber, spinach, onion, lettuce). I'm not on any particular diet - just counting calories and trying to stay within the default macros.
