My body is not giving it up like it has in the past. Not that I should complain!
My transition to regular food begins March 17! And, I've signed up to train for my first 5K. Eventually, I want to train for a triathlon. I'm going to do it not for glory or a mid-life crisis, but because I would like to be the healthiest me I can.
Finally, I'm going to keep my weight loss goal and continue to work towards it.
