I am not sure where this drop has been coming from the past 4 days but after staying fairly steady the past month, I'll take it. I had been feeling like even though the weight isn't moving, things must be rearranging or something judging from the way my clothes are fitting.
Funny how I stall for a bit and then go gangbusters. Maybe I will lose 10 pounds this month. 4 more days to make that happen and 2.5 pounds. Either way, I'll take it!
It helps a lot to be able to be out walking more frequently with the weather letting up.
