This whole diet/weight/healthy eating cchallenge is mostly in the brain...I KNOW that....I struggle with why I insist on "sub-par"performance...over and over....if a person doesn't eat ON PLAN then the results will certainly NOT be on plan...have a mindful and healthy weekend FS Buddies!!!!
