Yipee..............Well I may not have hit my goal of 182lb's by Christmas but I will be starting the New Year at my goal and lowest weight for years:o)
I know I have another 14lb's to go but I feel (and look) a different person. I seem to have so much more energy, which means I no longer waste my afternoons with a siesta (holiday afternoons of course)and I'm even looking forward to getting back to work.................
