The weight has fallen off this week. It helps that i have not been hungry at all. I have to make myself eat something. I have gone cold turkey on the sugar and ICED COFFEE. 1st few days were horrible but by day 5 I was in the zone. The only trouble I am having is the water intake. I am trying but it is a struggle.
