Hallelujah...I am down 4 pounds! Sweet...I am really considering going semi-vegetarian. The Daniel Fast is amazing after all the bloating and terrible gas (lol) my body adjusted and is responding wonderfully. Not to mention that my GB and I are now doing some killer workouts. We are now doing 1hr of cardio. It is so awesome!

I am so happy folks even though it is Monday and I would prefer to be shopping! LOL I hope that you all are having bright and wonderful scale days! If not kick him or her a little and until it gets the message that you are not playing games either act right our there is going to be hell to pay...haha

Here is to celebrating life and working for Friday's...
