Day 431
Weight 185.2 (up 1.4 lbs)

Very hungry day yesterday. Also very tired. Snacked A LOT last night. Didn't put it all in my food journal either. Oh well. Today is another day!!

I'm thinking about attempting a low-calorie day today. It will depend on how hungry I am ... when I am too hungry I am very cranky and I don't want to do that!!!

Grateful today for ....

1. vacation countdown!!!
2. almost the weekend!!!
3. slowly making progress on my work 'to do' list!!!
4. longer days!!!
5. warming temperatures!!!

I have trouble with the low days--I get too hungry! It really only works for me if I go crazy on the veggies. Have a good one Moose!

Do you like hot tea? I have found that when I'm feeling the hunger pangs, if I drink a cup of hot tea it makes them go away. And the tea is good for you too. Getting some extra rest will help too. :)

I do like tea ... but I never make it!! I tend to be a coffee sort of a gal!! It might be a very good option though in the evenings in particular ... perhaps I may give it a try!! Thanks Mary Beth!!

The trick is to fill up on filling foods, the hard part if finding those foods!

I'm not good with the low days either unless they just come because I'm not hungry that day unfortunately I always seem to be hungry. lol Have a great day Moose.

I plan to take tomorrow off, to catch up on sleep! Being sleepy makes me hungry!

Maybe just try to deeply *feel* what your body is asking you for, what it is really telling you, and then just dance along with it. ;-) If you are not ready for a low calorie day, then perhaps it's best to put it off a bit. At any rate, you are doing just fine.

well ... I have ended up with a low calorie day only because I came home sick!!! Migraine, nausea, sinus pressure. I believe the barometric pressure has shifted here big time and that may have something to do with it. I've been in bed most of the afternoon. Got up to rest my hips ... funny how being in bed too much doesn't feel good either. I still am not feeling well at all ... hopefully tomorrow I will feel better.

fortunately the pain & pressure in my head has abated!! More to be grateful for!! Only 396 calories today so far ... unbelievable!! I'll sleep tonight ... thanks!!
