3lbs down this week:) I've been walking on the treadmill 2 times a day, drinking lots of water and trying lower calorie intake.

My food scale isn't working, the weight keeps fluctuating, every when nothing is being weighed. I even changed the batteries.

I guess I'll have to buy a new food scale, any suggestions?
