the fact that my feet hurt should be a reminder every day NOT TO EAT. the pain in my feet are a hunger inhibiter.
ok the end of the day. i had half of my omelet and toast at hot plate with camille. i had a banana and an apple after i got home waiting to take sally to the groomer. I just kept reminding myself that if my feet hurt it meant they were getting damaged by my weight and i needed to NOT EAT if I want them to stop hurting. I had a glass of wine and some of the white bean stew, probably about a cup.
I knwo I can keep this up but i may have difficulty abstaining until I can get over the hurdle of wnating to eat all the time. I know I can gradually stop craving so much food.
