Well, I think my eating habits have really changed. I did gain some weight on my travels in Sept and Oct but apparently managed to settle back into the Mediterranean Diet pretty easily. Some times I miss bread, usually at breakfast. I have found that it is the easy fix when I am hungry: crackers and cheese or toast and p-nut butter are the things I crave the most. The meals which I replace them with take more time to prepare. I don't need to satisfy my hunger "right away". I won't die because I spent 10 minutes preparing something.

Well, I had hoped my weight would be 180 by my birthday on 1/12. I doubt I will make it but I am definitely heading that way. I am satisfied with my progress.

I learned early on NOT to set weight goals - I just hope to show improvement all along the way. Oh, don't get me wrong, the end goal is a reduced weight, but time and effort will determine that for me. Much success to you!
