Thank you! I’ve tried this so many times!! It’s not even hard, it’s just a mindset thing! And I’m telling you, since I decided about 33 days ago, I even had Pizza Hut, A & W, birthday cake, Beaver Tail, etc. I just eat as little as possible for the rest of those days. Lots of walking, a few HIIT. That’s all. It’s working!
