sarbobar's Logboek, 01 feb 08

Even though it says I am losing at a rate of 14 lbs per week, that is very inaccurate. My initial weight of 205 was taken a few days ago while I was at work so that was what I used as my starting weight. I'm happy to see it at 203, but I'm also sad to see it above 200 again because before christmas, I was 198. :o(

Oh well... it's a new week.

Off to the gym I go!

Keep it up! I'll keep it up if you do :D j/k I'll try to keep it up even if you dont. I want to go change my original weight so it makes me feel better, like I had lost more weight. After I found out that my scale was wrong, I should have weight 214 and I'm 206 now....I'm so ready to have that first number start with a 1 for once. Its been 7 1/2 years...my son will be 8 in august.
