Been to the gym every (week)day for the last 4 weeks, and although I'm down another notch on my belt it is hugely disappointing not to see that drop on the scales. On the other hand I've heard people say that it's not healthy to lose too much weight too quickly... it took years to get fat, so should take ages to lose it too... but when you're eating right and working hard you want to see results immediately! Anyway, I feel much fitter now, and looking forward to a vacation to Australia in April... so aiming to be in good shape for that. Hope you are all doing well out there in cyberspace. At least the days are starting to get a little longer so it's not so depressing going to work in the dark in the morning and getting home in the dark in the evenings. Keep on smiling folkes!
