Weighed in...Did I need to add that stress while in the midst of making an international move w/ 1 husband and 2 cats? No. Not really. But--considering the last time I weighed myself was in November 2011 I'm not feeling too bad about the higher weight. I'm now weighing in at 225, which is still 13 pounds less than when I started.
I feel oddly optimistic and hope to move my ass a bit more this week. I'll go next week and weigh myself again and see how it goes. It's going to be hard to be good (with all the stress I'm guaranteed to be hungry non-stop).
I'm aiming to be down .5 to 1 pound for next week. Let's see how that goes!
