BlindlyDetermined's Logboek, 21 apr 10

I hate that my mom doesn't get home from work until 7pm and then she usually brings home fast-food for dinner and if I even so much as mention eating healthier foods she's allll for it. Until we actually go to the store that is, then it's the complete runaround. Apparently since healthier foods like fruits and vegetables are more expensive they can't be bought. GTFO. I will shrink to 140lb by June 7th! There's no if's. I WILL. I hope.. haha! Any advice for a girl in desperate need of a flat stomach by June? I'm not "fat" I'm just pudgy at my thighs and love-handles :/ All advice is welcome! Please and Thank You! :D

PS. I have an ab lounger and a treadmill, but don't know how long or whatever to do either of them. HELP?

I think your mom would really appreciate it if one day you had supper ready when she got home :) The bonus with that too is you can make it as healthy as you want/can. Also, you could show her that healthy foods don't have to be expensive. Apples are some of the cheapest fruits available (up here in Canada you can get 4 for like $1)!
